Most pharmacy education platforms are built around one moment: passing the GPhC exam.

PharmX is built for what comes next too.

That’s why I’m officially launching the **PharmX Loyalty Programme**, the most affordable membership PharmX has ever offered, designed to support trainees long after they qualify.

Once your initial PharmX membership ends, you’ll be able to stay inside the platform for just **£3.50 a month**.

That means the content that helped you revise, practise, and build confidence for the exam does not suddenly disappear the moment you pass. It stays with you for the real-life moments that come after.

The busy locum shift where a private vet prescription for gabapentin comes in under the cascade, marked as repeatable, and you need to quickly confirm your gut feeling before making a professional decision.

The difficult counselling conversation where you want to refresh your knowledge before speaking to a patient.

### How I landed on £3.50

To find a fair price, I started with a simple question: how much is a cup of coffee?

ChatGPT

“In London, a standard coffee from a chain café is usually around £3.50 to £4.50 now, depending on the size and type. Specialty coffee shops can easily be £4 to £5+, especially for flat whites, iced drinks, or anything with alternative milk.”

That became the price. **£3.50 a month**, the cost of a single cup of coffee, for the trainees who chose PharmX.

You don’t need to do anything to qualify. Once your access ends, you’ll receive an email inviting you to join. The 12-month plan fills all ten X’s; the 6-month plan gives you six; and if you’re a legacy monthly member, every payment earns one. They don’t need to be consecutive.

I wanted to build PharmX differently. No locked tiers. No “premium” upsell at checkout. No surprise bills when the thing you actually need is hidden behind another payment.

Once you’ve smashed the exam, the Loyalty Programme keeps you building knowledge and confidence on a platform that’s always growing.

### Two important questions

Am I content with my current pricing model?

No.

Do I want it to be more affordable?

Yes.

That’s why I’m looking for companies to help sponsor the future of pharmacy education and keep it growing for years to come.

Let’s talk about your goals and mission, and how PharmX can help.

12-month plan

### All ten X’s, up front.

The 12-month plan fills your whole loyalty card the day you join. You don’t need to do anything — the moment your 12 months of access end, you’ll get an email inviting you onto the £3.50 Loyalty rate.

Bought your 12-month plan on 23rd July 2026? Your Loyalty Programme opens on the 23rd of July 2027.

6-month plan

### Six X’s toward your card.

The 6-month plan banks six of the ten X’s you need. Add another 6-month plan — or, if you’re a legacy monthly member, keep paying (every paid month earns one) — and the rest fill in.

Two 6-month plans back to back? That’s all ten X’s, and your Loyalty Programme opens when your latest 6 months end.

## FAQs

I’m on the old monthly plan. Do my payments still count?
**

Yes. If you joined on the monthly plan, every paid invoice still earns an X, even with gaps. Paid in January, cancelled, then paid again in June? That's 2 of 10. The monthly plan is closed to new sign-ups, but existing members keep everything — including their loyalty progress.

I bought the 12-month plan. When do I qualify?
**

On the last day of your 12 months of access. You'll get an email from me inviting you to join, and your loyalty card at loyalty.pharmx.co.uk will show the exact date so you can plan ahead.

What if Stripe refunds one of my invoices?
**

Refunded purchases don't count toward the 10. Only what you've paid for and kept — a plan or a monthly invoice — earns an X.

Does the Loyalty subscription give me the same access?
**

Yes. You keep access to clinical, calculations, pharmacy law, minor ailments, the question bank, and the rest of the platform. The price drops, the content doesn't.

What if I’ve had more than one plan?
**

Your X's stack. A 6-month plan (6 X's), any legacy monthly payments (1 each) and a 12-month plan (all 10) all add up on the same card. Whichever combination reaches ten first unlocks you — and you're eligible the day your access ends.

What happens to my current plan when I switch?
**

If you’re a legacy monthly member, your plan switches straight onto the £3.50 Loyalty rate — no double subscription, no gap, and Stripe credits any unused time to your next invoice. If you were on a 6-month or 12-month plan, you simply start the £3.50 subscription from your loyalty card once your access ends.

Can I cancel anytime?
**

Yes. Cancel anytime via your Stripe customer portal. If you ever want to come back, you can rejoin, but only via loyalty.pharmx.co.uk. Your eligibility doesn't disappear.
